2nd Annual Team Giant Steps Fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who contributed in making our Team Giant Steps fundraiser so successful! The evening took place at Breenans Sheeban on April 1, 2010. We had a crowd of close to a 100 people who gathered in support of our team. Overall we raised close to $2,500!

Team Giant Steps is a half marathon and 5k team hitting the pavement in the Stratton Faxon Fairfield Road Races and raising funds for the students of Giant Steps School.

Team Giant Steps Making Strides in Treating Autism

Thank you to Team Giant Steps and our supporters for helping us raise a little over $50,000.00 in our first race! The team consisted of 22 half marathon runners and 50 5k runners. They eagerly raised funds, trained, ran or walked in record time for the 29th annual Stratton Faxon Fairfield road races on June 28, 2009. All funds generated were used to enhance our Occupational Therapy program.

Lilian August Event

Giant Steps School is honored to have been chosen as the beneficiary of Lillian Augusts’ anniversary celebration. After much collaboration we are pleased to announce an exotic world premiere performance of Manoush from the Heart of the Kasbah. The Big Apple Circus is premiering their never before seen show, which has been created with an older audience in mind. The storyline takes place in the heart of the Kasbah on market day in Lillanville. It is about a group of carpet peddlers who use their talent and charm to sell their beautiful products. We do not to reveal too much as you will just have to come to the event.
